This is actually a collection of sub-divisions referred to as Champions gate but all of our villas are located on the Stoneybrook estate/sub-division,
these are new homes that are furnished in a modern way generally but also to a very high standard and include everything you would expect in an executive standard home. The pools and pool areas tend to be larger than other developments and the larger homes in particular tend to have a covered lanai area as well as a sunbathing area.
Resort Facilities
The development is set around a golf course and many of the homes back onto the course, you can request that the house you are allocated has this view when booking but it cannot be guaranteed.

We have 4 – 7 bedroom homes available here all with multiple bathrooms, minimum of 2 en-suites in each home, up to 5 in the 7 beds. All are furnished to a very high standard and all include the following as standard features.

In our villas with private pools, they can be heated for an extra charge. Most of our townhouses don’t have private pools
